Lynne Clyde, Principal Consultant and founder of RCG Consulting, is a trusted expert in risk management, compliance, and governance with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including leadership roles in global banking and consulting. She founded RCG Consulting to help businesses and nonprofits navigate risk with clarity, develop practical solutions, and implement sustainable strategies that strengthen their organizations. Lynne is passionate about problem-solving, optimizing processes, and designing risk and compliance programs that are both effective and operationally sound.
As a compliance and risk executive at a Global Systemically Important Bank, Lynne led the design and oversight of enterprise-wide programs to meet U.S. and global regulatory requirements. Her expertise spans all aspects of risk and compliance program management, from design to execution. She routinely engaged with federal, state, and global regulators to foster strong relationships and drive positive supervisory outcomes for the firm.
Lynne’s background also includes Big-4 consulting experience in Governance, Regulatory & Risk Advisory, where she led multi-million-dollar engagements across asset management, banking, insurance, and financial services. During and after the 2008 financial crisis, she helped organizations navigate enforcement actions, litigation and investigation support, regulatory filing and disclosure remediation, and operating model assessments. Her deep industry knowledge and hands-on approach enable clients to address critical challenges, improve efficiency, and build resilient, future-ready programs.
